Abstract
e prohibition of reformatio in peius has not had a uniform development in Cuba,
since the Spanish colonization to the present. As an Administrative Procedural Law prin-
ciple, it doesn’t have an express recognition within the wide legal frame that supports the
Cuban administrative procedural model. Hence, it is necessar y to rethink this legal institute
bases, to insert it within the administrative procedure, and to strengthen the citizenship
protection system and the Public Administration activity in our country.
