Abstract

Self-employment (TCP) is a matter of debate and discussion between the population,

academics and scholars of the subject from the legal, economic and sociological eld, accen-

tuated since the beginning of the nineties of the last century, reecting criteria in relation

to his performance as a subject that executes an economic activity in a territory according

to the margins established by the State. In this work, a group of legal norms are reviewed,

analyzed and systematized, from the legal perspective, in order to see the permissibility and

importance of the use of the current bank account by the TCP in the exercise of its economic

or service trac, which will allow the understanding of its purpose and the policies approved

for the national commercial and economic order.

In this sense, the implication of the analyzes carried out shows that the legal openings

carried out in this sector and especially its balkanization, are nuanced by national and

international situations, aimed at sustainable national economic development from a nor-

mative trunk.
