cian, found in the Dictate 449 of 2016 one belonging to the Government Council of the

Supreme Court, a solution that grants credit whom they subscribe the opinion that it proves

to be erroneous to take a resolution her referred problems through the contraband crime.

at justify the need to oer a group of criteria in order to collaborate to hold this scheme

of analysis, as well as studying in depth the content of the mentioned Dictate for the sake of

his adequate understanding, interpretation and application.
