Abstract

e nancing of ventures, in all its gures, constitutes a topic of boom connoted in con-

temporary legal realities. is subject, marked by its location halfway between Economic

Sciences and Law, constitutes one of the pillars of success or failure in these experiences. In

the Cuban scenario, it is one of the most important variables since its adequate regulation

is transcendent in the management and performance of these gures, who need sources of

nancial coverage to undertake the enterprise itself or the investments for the development

of the fundamental activity to carry out or rearrange it for export. Under this imperative,

legal advice faces enormous challenges. It is not about the traditional marking of the legal

route or traditional advisoring, it is about the coverage of risks in an obligatory process with

distinctive elements and with burdensome eects for the already vulnerable gure of micro,

small and medium-sized companies in Cuba. e objective of this work is to establish the

guidelines for legal advice in the process of nancial leverage of these gures in the Cuban

scenario.
