Abstract

e document that is presented is a contribution on surrogacy, it will allow to give

a context of scientic advance in the new models of gestation that Mexico contemplates

only in the States of Tabasco and Sinaloa, they constitute new families, along with the

legal sociological advance In a country that today is part of the new paradigms of human

rights, legislative harmonization is necessary within a framework of constitutional and

international law, the methodology of documentary information was used, gathering

theoretical, legislative and quantitative research evidence, to show the Mexican legal

panorama in relation to assisted human reproduction as an unsubstantiated human right,

in breach of the pacta sunt servanda clause.
