RESUMEN

La Justicia Constitucional se entiende como una estructura

sistémica que materializa la Constitución. La presente

investigación está dirigida a la valoración de los contenidos

novedosos que aportan las características formales y

materiales del Nuevo Constitucionalismo Latinoamericano

a la Justicia Constitucional de la región, teniendo en cuenta

que estas han propiciado el desarrollo progresivo de la

misma, dando paso a la aparición de nuevos mecanismos

institucionales en esta materia, avanzando hacia un

proceso más democrático e integrador.

ABSTRACT

Constitutional Justice is understood as a systemic

structure that materializes the Constitution. The present

research is aimed at evaluating the novel contents that the

formal and material characteristics of the New Latin

American Constitutionalism contribute to the

Constitutional Justice of the region, taking into account

that these have led to its progressive development, giving

way to the emergence of new institutional mechanisms in

this matter, moving towards a more democratic and

inclusive process.
