Abstract

People who are honored by mental habit, by the conditioning of the character forged in

principles and values, are those who do not allow themselves to be corrupted. On the other

hand, people who have not cultivated their mental habit in doing good, move based on

material goods, gifts and attery, in this way, the work carried out by the administrators

of justice in the judicial courts, is considered as a great favor they do to the litigant, and

they believe that this work should be nancially remunerated illegally. With this practice,

they have managed to prosecute in the minds of the litigants the necessary and obligatory

nature of the reward for work (origin of judicial corruption), making the collective

mind forget that those who are there are public servants paid by the State. . is happens

because today’s society, immersed in economics, has forgotten the social role of learning and

cultivating ethical values, considering ethical knowledge as a ller, faced with the questions

of their conscience, they have their own response: “everyone they act that way and I cannot

be the exception”. For this reason, it is important to propose the alternative solution to

the problem from criminal policy, as a crime prevention mechanism: the formation of

ethical values in justice administrators. With which, we try to demonstrate that not only

money moves the world, but thought has much more power than material goods, that is,

changing the epistemological structures in the administrators of justice for others, based on

ethical principles and values, which, until now, is the path forgotten as a criminal crime

prevention policy.
