Abstract

Subjects of International Law such as International Labor Organization (ILO), merit

comprehensive studies in the current context that make it possible to visualize the interaction

of the fulllment of its objectives and functions with those of other organizations on the

United Nations system. Specically, the multilateral trading system inuences the ILO´s

position in employment. Both the World Trade Organization (WTO) and the ILO oer

inclusive and exible regulatory frameworks that favor alliances and the materialization of

strategies, that involve their members and become the genesis of projects, in pursuit of the

achievement of social justice longer for.
